I know what it feels like to be the woman everyone counts on—to love deeply, carry a lot, and sometimes put your own dreams somewhere near the bottom of the list.
My path to jewelry wasn't a straight one. It came through motherhood, creativity, starting over, being told what I could and couldn't do, and learning to trust the parts of myself that kept asking to be heard.
Today, I create meaningful jewelry as a small reminder to come back to yourself—to honor who you are beyond everything you do for everyone else.
Because sometimes the journey isn't about becoming someone new. It's about remembering the woman who was there all along.

Shipping
What is your shipping policy?
Orders require 1–3 business days for fulfillment before shipping. Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
We currently offer domestic U.S. shipping only.
Shipping timeframes:
- Economy: 5–8 business days
- Standard: 3–4 business days
- Free Standard Shipping: automatically applied to orders over $100
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays begin processing on the next business day. Shipping timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Once an order has been transferred to the carrier, MH Bespoke Jewelry is not responsible for carrier delays, lost or stolen packages, or orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
You can track your order once your tracking link becomes available.
Can I cancel or edit my order after it has been placed?
If you need to request a cancellation or adjustment, please contact us at mh.bespokejewelry@gmail.com as soon as possible.
We may be able to accommodate changes only if the order has not yet been fulfilled.
Once an order has been processed or shipped, we are unable to cancel or modify it. If you no longer want the item after it arrives, you may submit a return request in accordance with our Return Policy.
Please note that custom-made and personalized items cannot be canceled once production has begun, and deposits for custom orders are non-refundable.

Yes — MH Bespoke Jewelry offers customization options whenever possible. Customizations depend on the availability of specific metals and gemstones, and pricing may vary based on the design. Please note that customized items, personalized pieces, and orders made to your specifications are final sale and not eligible for cancellation, return, or exchange once production has begun. Custom projects typically require up to 7–10 business days to complete after the design is approved, though timelines may vary depending on the scope of the project.
How can I find my ring size?

Do you offer repairs if my jewelry gets damaged?
Yes — If your piece becomes damaged, please contact us as soon as possible so we can assess the issue. Repairs are offered when feasible and may include a fee depending on the nature of the damage and materials required. Repair services are not guaranteed for discontinued pieces or materials that are no longer available.
Can I place a custom order?
Absolutely. Custom orders are a core part of MH Bespoke Jewelry, and we love creating meaningful, one-of-a-kind pieces tailored to your vision. To begin, please contact mh.bespokejewelry@gmail.com to schedule a consultation where we’ll discuss your design, materials, stones, and timeline.
A non-refundable deposit is required to begin custom work, with the remaining balance due upon completion. All custom-made items are final sale and not eligible for return, exchange, or cancellation once design work or production has begun.
Why doesn’t my jewelry look exactly like the picture on the website?
Each piece is handcrafted, and natural gemstones vary in color, pattern, and shape. These slight variations are intentional and part of the charm of handmade jewelry — they do not indicate defects. No two pieces are ever identical, making your jewelry uniquely yours.
Returns
What is your return policy?
We accept returns for eligible items from our standard collections within 30 days of delivery.
To qualify, jewelry must be unworn, unused, in its original packaging, and in re-sellable condition.
To begin a return, please email us at mh.bespokejewelry@gmail.com for approval and instructions. Returns sent without prior authorization cannot be accepted.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of its approval status.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. If the original payment method is no longer valid, a store credit will be issued.
Exchanges are processed once the original item is returned and verified.
Please note that custom-made items, personalized pieces, bespoke designs, and one-of-a-kind commissions are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange, as these items are created specifically to your specifications and begin production upon order confirmation.
