What is your shipping policy? Please allow 3-5 business days for our team to process your order once credit card authorization and verification have been obtained. Track your order (will put a link when available.)

Orders placed on Saturdays and Sundays will begin processing the following business day (excluding public holidays). Cut off time for overnight shipping is 12:00PM EST. Standard Overnight is delivered M-F, Saturday Delivery is an additional fee. (No international orders at this time.) FREE standard shipping on orders over $150.

Can I cancel or edit my order after it’s been placed?

If you need to make a cancellation or adjustment and your order has not yet been fulfilled, please contact us at (email). Once your item is in transit, we are unable to make any changes and you can visit our returns portal to make a return once you receive your order. Please note that, with the exception of full order cancellations, we are unable to edit orders placed through Facebook or Instagram.

Is it possible to modify or personalize my order?

Yes — We welcome the opportunity to customize pieces to your specifications whenever possible. Customizations depend on the availability of specific metals and gemstones, but I’ll always do my best to bring your vision to life. If you have something specific in mind, reach out to [my email] so we can explore the options together. Customized orders can take up to 2 weeks to complete once the design is agreed upon and additional fees may apply.

How can I find my ring size? (I would like to include some sort of size guide for them, whether it's downloadable or instructional. We can figure out the best way to do this later.

Do you offer repairs if my jewelry gets damaged?

If your piece is ever damaged, please reach out right away for assessment. I offer repair services and will guide you through the process to help restore your piece whenever possible. Some repairs may include a small fee depending on the nature of the damage, but I’ll work with you to ensure your jewelry can continue its journey with you.

Can I place a custom order?

Yes — We love creating bespoke pieces and weaving your story into a design that’s uniquely yours. To begin, please reach out to [my email] to schedule a consultation, where we’ll discuss your vision, materials, and gemstones. Once the design is approved, a 50% deposit is required to begin crafting your piece and a full payment upon completion. From there, I’ll guide you through each step of the process so we can co-create something meaningful together.

Why doesn’t my jewelry exactly match the picture on the website?

Each piece is handcrafted and one-of-a-kind, which means slight variations in color, size, and shape make your jewelry uniquely yours — no two are ever exactly alike.

What is your return policy?

We gladly accept returns and exchanges for pieces from our standard collections within 30 days of delivery, provided the jewelry is unworn, in its original packaging, and in re-sellable condition. To begin a return, please contact us at mh.bespokejewelry@gmail.com for approval and detailed instructions. Unauthorized returns sent without prior approval cannot be accepted. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, as well as shipping for replacement items.

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be issued to the original payment method. If that method is no longer valid, a store credit will be provided for the approved refund amount. Exchanges will be processed once the original item is received and verified.

Custom and bespoke commissions, along with one-of-a-kind designs, are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange due to their handcrafted and personalized nature.
